A booking request is a request, not a confirmed session. Our team contacts you (by email and WhatsApp) to confirm availability before anything is locked in.
Booking requests made on this website take no payment. In the FitFind Pro app, sessions are paid securely via Stripe after your coach accepts. Single sessions carry a booking fee of AED 25 (50% off on your first booking); the fee is shown at checkout and waived on session packages and open-session seats. Under the FitFind Guarantee, if your first session with a coach didn’t work out, tell us within 24 hours and we refund it in full — the guarantee covers only sessions booked and paid in the app. Cancellations are free until 24 hours before a session; within 24 hours, a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price may apply, and the remainder is refunded automatically. If your coach cancels, you are always refunded in full. Founding-member benefits (such as 0% platform fee on your first sessions, or founding rates) are promotional offers that apply on the terms communicated to you and may be subject to availability and our verification process.
Rescheduling by agreement. A confirmed session can be moved by proposing a new time in the app; nothing changes until the other side accepts. When both sides accept a proposed new time, the change is free — including within 24 hours of the session. The 24-hour late-change fee applies only to one-sided changes and cancellations. For session packages, an accepted reschedule moves every remaining weekly session (your standing slot) to the new time.
Open group sessions. When a coach publishes an open session, joining charges your card immediately and your seat is confirmed on the spot — no acceptance step. Leaving an open session more than 24 hours before it starts refunds you in full; within 24 hours the late-cancellation fee applies to your seat. If the coach cancels the session, every seat is refunded in full automatically.
Session packages. Multi-session packages (2, 4 or 8 sessions) are charged in full when the coach accepts. Unused sessions are refundable pro-rata at any time. The 24-hour change and cancellation policy applies per session, to the next scheduled session only — cancelling one session late never forfeits the rest of your package.
We verify founding coaches through a human review that includes certification, Emirates ID, licence (where held), and reference checks. Profiles show the tier actually completed — “Licensed & Verified” or “Screened — licence pending” — and certification badges appear only after we have sighted the document. Applying does not guarantee acceptance — founding spots are filled on fit. We may decline or remove any coach at our discretion.
Ladies-only coaching. The ladies-only badge is granted only by us, only to female coaches we have verified, and covers women-only clients training in their own or a private space. Any breach of this policy results in immediate removal from the platform.
FitFind Pro introduces and helps coordinate verified trainers. The training itself is delivered by the trainer. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a session, beyond what the law requires. You take part in physical activity at your own risk.
The site is provided "as is" during this early phase. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content (including illustrative trainer profiles) may change.
To the extent permitted by law, FitFind Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
