FitFind Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a Dubai-based verified personal-training marketplace. This policy covers our website and app at fitfindpro.com and the sign-up, trainer-profile, booking, and survey features on them.
We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms, plus standard analytics:
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form and agree to be contacted) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run our service:
These providers may process data outside the UAE. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely.
We use cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta to measure how people find and use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics via the Google opt-out add-on. Blocking them won't break the site.
We keep your details for as long as you have an account or are in our founding programme, and until you ask us to delete them — you can delete your account in the app at any time. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Just email hello@fitfindpro.com and we'll action it. We aim to handle requests in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
The FitFind Pro app for iOS and Android uses the same backend and the same rules above. When you sign in we store your email, your name (if you add one), and your bookings. Trainers may additionally add a profile photo, rate, and location — that profile is public by design, it's what clients browse. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in the app, and we don't sell data. Location is never collected in the background; a photo is only accessed when a trainer picks one for their profile.
Some app features store additional data, always entered by you: an optional, self-declared gender — used solely to decide whether the ladies-only coaches section appears in your app, never shown to anyone; in-app chat messages and attachments (photos, PDFs) between you and your coach, stored to deliver the conversation; and, for coaches, certification documents uploaded for verification, which are reviewed by a human and never shown publicly — only the resulting badge is. If you use a ✨ AI feature, the content you submit (for example an InBody file you ask us to explain) is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response and is subject to a daily usage cap; AI features are optional and off unless you tap them.
Delete your account any time from Account → Delete account inside the app — this permanently removes your account and booking history. You can also email hello@fitfindpro.com for full erasure of anything else (e.g. a trainer verification record).
Our forms are for adults (18+). Where training involves children, the booking and account are made and managed by a parent or guardian.
We may update this policy as the product grows. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
